Despite finally regaining access to the channel, however, Bruno K claims that he has severally received strikes on his content and that BMR is responsible for them.
He claims the BMR is using fake court documents to have his content taken down and wonders how a multi-billion company like YouTube has failed to notice the forged documents.
Bruno K via Twitter has left hints of intentions to sue the American online video sharing and social media platform over failure to protect his content.

“Dear YouTube, am writing to you guys with a lot of disappointment in your team for failing to protect my content. How can someone strike my content with fake and forged documents from the Kenyan high court?
A credible company like YouTube with smart lawyers can’t see these fake documents and also if Black Market signed a contract with me in Uganda as they claim why are they forging Kenyan high court documents?
The case number on these documents says different things that ain’t on this paper. I contacted someone in the Kenyan high court through my lawyers who confirmed that these are fake documents. I sent YouTube documents proving that I have no contract with black market records and our case is in court.
YouTube removed all the strikes off my channel and also reinstated it. And now it’s the same YouTube allowing strikes on my channel with fake documents. Looks like am going to sue YouTube for failing to protect my content.
A multi billion dollar company with the best legal team can’t spot fake documents. That means that I can wake up tomorrow forge documents that I signed Justin Bieber and I own his content. This is so ridiculous.
Am also taking this opportunity to inform the Kenyan high court and Kenyan police that Cedrick Singleton – an American citizen operating in Uganda and Kenya – is forging documents of the Kenyan high court.
He is being helped by a young pastor who claims to be serving in Zoey ministries pastor Shadrack Kiseme. I have a case in high court against these guys and they were asked not to touch my music as the case goes on. They are doing the opposite of what court asked them to do.
I hope this tweet reaches YouTube and the high court Kenya” Bruno K
Team YouTube has, however, advised the singer to delete his tweet as it contains personal information not meant to be exposed in public and maintained that he cannot be helped without his lawyer present.
