Celebrated local gossip rumourmonger Nalumansi Zahara commonly known as Zahara Totto has come out to brag about being the Brand Ambassador of Intrauterine Devices (IUDs) in Uganda.
Despite her endless lust for chasing after wealthy and rich men, the NBS TV presenter is always on the forefront of fighting unwanted pregnancies.
During an interaction with singer Maurice Kirya, the UnCut TV show host frankly advised the “Busabaala” singer to mind about using IUDs with his wife as a way of effecting proper family planning.
According to Zahara Totto, she isn’t a fan of making babies and since she is already a mother, there is a need of proper planning for her children no wonder she is a fanatic of IUDs.
IUDs (Intrauterine Devices) are small T-shaped plastic and copper devices that are put into women’s wombs (uterus) by a doctor or nurse thereby releasing copper to stop unwanted pregnancies.
They protect against pregnancy for between 5 and 10 years. They are sometimes called a”coils” or “copper coils.”
