Racheal Ayebazibwe, a student pursuing a Bachelors degree in microfinance (BMF) at Kyambogo University waiting for graduation in December has passed on.
She was allegedly hit by a stray bullet during the Monday 20th, August 2018 #FreeBobiWine protests in the city while she was taking her report to her supervisor.
She has since been in comma until yesterday, when she breathed her last.
