Singer Sheebah Karungi has refuted the on going allegations that it was Andrew Mwenda who sexually assaulted her.
It is confirmed by the Police Spokesman, CP Fred Enanga that CID has instituted inquiries into the alleged incident of indecent assault against Sheebah Karungi at CID headquarters today 17.05.2022. In statement Sheebah made, Sheebah revealed the details and the individual who was involved and the related circumstances.
Fred Enanga said that in her complaint she clearly mentions the suspect and refutes the ongoing speculation in sections of media that it was Andrew Mwenda. Adding that the team of Detectives has commenced investigation on the matters to ensure justice of the victim.
This comes after Mwenda came out and requested the singer to Vail the identity and the name of the man who assaulted her.
