Goodlyfe ‘s Weasel Manizo has come and attacked Nigerian singer Chike Ezekeanzu Osebuka Popularly known as Chike for performing their song “Breath Away” without his permission during his last night performance at Serena.
Yesterday, Chike had a successful show at Kampala Serena Hotel where he pulled massive performances to his fans . He opened up his performance with Uganda’s Goodlyfe song ” Breath Away” as he was paying tribute to the late Moses Radio.
This annoyed Weasel who questioned Uganda‘s event organizers as to why they invited the international artist to come and perform Ugandan songs without consulting them.
He added that there is one they can refuse to give rights to perform or pay tribute to Radio as long as they go through the right channels and pledged that they should respect their craft.
“There is no one we can refuse to give rights to performs or pay tribute to our very own as long as you go through the right channels.
Show some Respect. Come inquire & Ask for permission … if Wizkid, Rudeboy Psquare can come and ask for permission then who are you? I think we have been too Silent we gonna start going a bit Hard on this thing”, Weasel said.
