By Website writer; The Ministry of Works and Transport agreed with the Prime Minister Rt. Hon. Robinah Nabbanja to halt curfew during this week when students are returning to schools.
According to Gen. Katumba Wamala, the Minister Works and Transport, with effective from Monday January 10, 2022 vehicles will be allowed to move beyond the curfew hours to ensure that the learners report safely without fear of curfew.
This comes in after H.E YK Museveni directives of fully reopening schools after almost two years under lockdown due to Covid-19 pandemic surge in Uganda.
