Bobi Wine Records Song To Oust Museveni

National Unity Platform leader Hon Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu alias Bobi Wine has decided to resort to what he knows best in order to oust President Museveni out of power, music.

The singer-turned-politician revealed that they can stop him from moving physically but they can’t stop the power of the mic.

Kyagulanyi decided to head back to the studio to record a song that will apparently oust Museveni. He revealed that the title of the song will be ‘Ogenda.’

“They can stop me from reaching the people, but they cannot stop the music. #Ogenda,” Bobi Wine tweeted.

The former Kyadondo East legislator has spent the past three days under house arrest by security personnel at his home in Magere.

This was in a bid to stop him from going to campaign for the NUP candidate Harriet Nakweede Kafeero in the LC V Kayunga district by-election.

Bobi Wine has over the past put his frustration by the regime into music. He has released songs such as Akatengo, Freedom, Afande at times when he is frustrated.

The singer also has an entire revolutionary album with songs detailing his personal and oppressed countrymen’s struggles. Most of his fans were all excited about this new project and can’t wait to listen to the song.

In the same vein, Bobi Wine also condemned the high-handedness of the Police yesterday while arresting medics who were taking a letter to the speaker of Parliament.

“Doctors arrested with highhandedness as they attempt to exercise their right to walk to Parliament to protest for better welfare. Like I always say, we shall all need to join in the fight against misrule because all of us are potential victims- ALL OF US,” he said.
