KAMWOKYA: The fire whose cause is yet to be known has Thursday evening ravaged several makeshift houses in Kamwokya leaving property worthy millions destroyed to ashes.
According to latest reports, at least two people (a man and woman) have been confirmed dead in the fire that started at around 7PM this evening in Kyamuka Zone, Kamwokya.
Several people, including locals & police officers, have been injured in the fire as the Police Fire Prevention and Rescue Services battled to suppress the raging fire.
Pictures courtesy of Nile Post show that all houses in the location were leveled by the raging fire.
