On monday the police spokesperson Fred Enanga warned motorists from flaunting covid19 measures as directed by the president.
In a bid to enforce the measures, the police have mounted road block on different parts of the road leading to kampala. The abrupt road blocked made in areas such as kira road and jinja road saw many motorist caught on the wrong side of the law most of the drivers having no identification cards providing they work for the organisations as shown on the stickers
However some of the frustrated motorists said they had all legal documents but the police denied them entry saying the documents were fake.
The president issued strict gudliness to ensure less spread of the virus as it was intensifying during the second wave.
